Item is not signed but can be personalized on request. Part is functional but is meant for display. Buyer will need to coordinate shipping or local pickup in Los Angeles, CA. Buyer is buying the individual part, not the likeness of Uppercut and so this item cannot be used in any competition without modification to remove the Uppercut labelling completely.
